We provide international freight forwarding (air and sea) from the USA to Kenya and East Africa, including buy-for-me, warehousing, consolidation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery services.

The following are strictly prohibited: illegal substances or contraband; firearms, ammunition, or explosives; hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials; items banned by Kenyan or US import/export regulations; and perishable goods without prior written arrangement.

Titan Impex LLC liability for lost or damaged cargo is limited to the declared value of the goods, subject to applicable cargo insurance terms. We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for all shipments.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all shipments comply with applicable import and export laws in both the USA and Kenya. Any duties, taxes, fines, or delays resulting from non-compliance are the customer's responsibility.

All shipping charges must be paid in full before cargo is released for delivery. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and M-Pesa. Rates quoted are valid for 7 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
